Delivery

Within the European Union countries, we send the heating devices and their spare parts by using the services of the transport companies Geis, DPD and DHL .
The standard delivery time for the goods is 3-4 days. When taking over the delivery, the customer must check the content within 48 hours. In case that the invoice will not match with the delivered goods, or if the goods will be found to be damaged, then the customer must make a complaint in written form and make a picture of the sent goods.
